Your role will be to build and maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying and anticipating their financial needs through the completion of a needs analysis and providing them with options on a range of lending products and services that may meet these needs.
An important aspect of this role is the need to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service Specialists & Branch Managers from your affiliated branches as they will be referring customers to you. Other Areas of the business you will deal with include the lending support team and the loans processing centres to assist your customers in resolving their lending issues.
You will also be required to refer customers to appropriate specialists who will include Mobile Lenders, Business Bankers & Financial Planners affiliated with your Area and other internal businesses as necessary. A key element of your role is to achieve growth for the banks business by meeting individual and team sales and service & referral targets.
