We also deal with Direct marketing products. Our claims team deals with
all types of personal life insurance
The Direct Life Claims team has two teams made up of a Rapid Response Team and Expert Response Team which deal directly with customers in times of Unemployment, Disablement and other types of life cover. This role will be in the Rapid Responds Team

The purpose of the role is to assist customers in lodging claims over the phone, providing updates to customers and keeping our customers informed of their claims progress.
Manage a portfolio of Unemployment Tele-Claims, in processing applications for claims over the phone and assessing benefits payable under the customer's life insurance policy.
Assist the Expert Response Team in taking inbound calls and administration duties.
