Role Summary/Purpose	The Sourcing Team Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Essential Responsibilities	Responsible for employee and budget management activities, including performance management and resource distribution · Responsible for the delivery of assigned goals and objectives of the team, by directing the activities of others as well as maintain individual responsibilities · Work with the Business Leadership to establish and execute a sourcing strategy to meet business deflation, fulfillment and quality goals across the organization · Manage purchased commodity requirements to meet customer needs · Drive to improve Supplier Quality
Qualifications/Requirements	· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college · Significant experience in a Sourcing or Quality Control position
