| This role will be required to partner with the ANZ team & manage projects to resolve Functional/IT process issues that we are facing on the Oracle for Projects & services business in Australia. This position will work closely with the Winning in subsea services team focusing on services operations, pricing & process related areas | |
| 1.
Partner with the local finance, operations & services team to
resolve the issues that is holding up complete utilization of the ERP
environment in Australia
2. Establish a project management rhythm to drive closure to the oracle/process issues that is impacting ERP utilization 3. Work with the finance team in Australia and ERP team in Aberdeen to establish the rigors & controls needed in setting up project modules for an EPC project in Oracle 4. Partner with the global ERP teams & Aberdeen ERP teams to ensure the “To be” processes are globally consistent. 5. Work with the local team to document the go forward processes & further train and communicate the teams on the processes and usage of the ERP 6. Perform a detailed study of the services process & work with the WIS team in Singapore & Aberdeen to develop scope of the key areas that WIS would need to target for the services business in Australia & Singapore 7. Work closely with the projects team in Australia & Bristol to develop a strong & robust equipment to services handover process 8. Work with the global services team & local team to establish key KPI’s and reporting rhythms that will help establish strong operating culture | |
| 1. PMP, Black belt or green belt certified
2. Minimum 5-7 years of prior work experience 3. Ability to work in a complex & global organizational environment 4. Prior experience of having worked in an ERP environment (Oracle or SAP) 5. Ability to work with multiple cross functional teams ranging from Finance, supply chain & operations in order to resolve the ERP issue Willing to travel (Approximately 10%) |
