The Team:
The Home Loans Channel Management team are responsible for enabling our acquisition strategy by deploying sales development tools to drive Home Loan sales. They build the necessary sales infrastructure, support our Online business and develop our data driven growth strategy.
The Opportunity:
The Channel Manager is responsible for the data driven growth pillar of our strategy - working with our internal data teams and external suppliers to truly leverage all the opportunities provided by our online leads. This work is end to end in nature - ranging from strategy development through to implementation and reporting across all our channels.

More specifically, you will:
- Have accountability for Leads Management across Home Loans, including contributing to the generation, reporting, tracking and actioning of leads that are provided to the various channels.
- Manage relationships with internal and external parties in the implementation of initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Provide input into development of and take ownership for implementation of campaigns across all channels which maximise sales and revenue and reduce attrition.
- Improve and develop channel performance reporting capability to assist in channel tracking, as well as KPIs and incentives to drive performance outcomes
- Working with the product and marketing teams, implement acquisition and cross sell campaigns to maximise response rates, approvals, balances and reduce cost per sale.
What will help you succeed?
- Strong analytical and commercial acumen gained in a product or channel management role
- Strong Communication, Influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong project management and strategy development experience
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns
