- Manage the resources & workflow of the section to optimise productivity.
- Demonstrated understanding of Continuous Improvement methodologies and Lean accredited.
- Monitor & review, and derive plans to address gaps in production management against targets and service expectations.
- Identify, drive and deliver continuous improvement and efficiency enhancements in customer service, systems and processes.
- Embed and sustain transformational changes through building a culture of process excellence within andcontinuous improvementacross lending services
- Build internal and external relationships through the use of superior stakeholder management techniques and customer service skills

- Sound experience leading large teams, in a high volume environment and with competing priorities.
- Sound understanding of governance principles and experience managing risk in an operational environment.
- Significant experience coaching and developing team members to achieve their goals.
- Tertiary qualification aligned to commercial/business education or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in banking or related financial services within operations.
- Significant experience in a Team Leader capacity driving change through small to medium teams.
