As an indirect tax
services professional at EY, you'll help leading organisations to
identify risk areas and sustainable planning opportunities for indirect
taxes throughout the tax life cycle. This will involve devising and
providing recommendations that address a wide range of issues and
problems and helping clients to meet their compliance obligations and
business goals around the world.
You'll help lead this specialist team in assisting a diverse client base with the following:
• identification of stamp duty issues and solutions in relation to mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, demergers, public floats, corporate reorganisations and rationalisations, due diligence and liquidations
• advice on corporate reconstruction applications and lodgements to the revenue authorities
• research of stamp duty legislation and case law
You'll help lead this specialist team in assisting a diverse client base with the following:
