We are looking for a top performing Consultant or recent Graduate to join our Business Modelling team during this time of growth. As part of our Valuation and Business Modelling team, you’ll manage, deliver and review a wide range of valuation, transaction and decision support models. Working with a wide variety of clients and industries, you’ll gain experience in understanding client issues and building client relationships. In our friendly, collaborative environment, you’ll receive the support, formal training and coaching you need to progress quickly along the career path you choose.

 

About you

 

In your role as a Consultant you’ll:

• Have a primary focus on our decision support and transaction business modelling services
• Work closely with the team to carry out model review, model support and model build services for a blue chip portfolio of clients
• Work in a highly regarded team on a variety of client engagements for valuation, transaction and decision support purposes
• Provide support to build the business through internal and external Business Development
• Work in close collaboration with other Transaction and Business Advisory teams and the wider firm

 

We’re looking for people with the following experience:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a distinction/high distinction university academic transcript
• Good excel and financial modelling skills
• A relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similar disciplines, other qualifications such as a CFA or MBA will be highly regarded
• Good interpersonal and client relationship skills and ability to build internal and external networks
• Prior corporate finance work experience or internships in:- Top tier accounting/consulting firms- Major commercial or investment banks- Top 20 ASX listed companies
• Experience working with Microsoft Office applications and any exposure to VBA, SQL or Microsoft Access will be an advantage
