Segment/Category Marketer

Position Summary :
Manages the country product category to deliver or exceed budget within the country and to ensure Kimberly-Clark Professional brands are presented to the market place in line with Global expectations. The incumbent would also be expected to manage local product releases in an economic yet impactful manner in line with the regional/global direction.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Provide consulting support to enable the implementation of SBU new product marketing strategies
  • Provide consulting support to enable the coordination and generation of Media communication activities
  • Coordinate sample programs
  • Provide lead generation for Sales
  • Develop, customize and translate local Product Literature based on regional template
  • Source and distribute Premiums
  • Provide consulting support to enable the maintenance of local content on Country KCP Internet Site
  • Provide consulting support to enable the review and monitoring of product cost
  • Provide consulting support to enable coordination of production priorities with the Mill
  • Provide recommendations to develop and execute local Trade Advertising
  • Provide consulting support to ensure all customer facing materials (including Packaging and Literature) are in line with KCP "One Voice" policy
  • Provide consulting support to manage appropriate Trade Shows to build leads, sell product and improve market credibility whilst maximizing return on Trade Show expenditure
  • Provide consulting support in the development of the annual country budget
  • Provide consulting support in recommending new product ideas to regional SBUs
  • Provide consulting support in to enable monitoring and communicating competitor product offerings
  • Provide consulting support in recommending enhancements or changes to existing product offerings
Major Challenges :
  • Lead generation
  • Sales forecasting esp. Imports forecasting.
  • Monitoring effectiveness of the marketing activity.
  • Consumer research.

Qualification and Experience :
  • PGDBM or MBA degree and some relevant marketing experience up to 4-5 year.
