Position: Product Supply Planning Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to: Director - Operations, ASEAN
Job Description:

1. The position is responsible for managing the process of supply chain at lowest supply chain cost through demand forecasting, supply network planning, production scheduling and inventory level managing which is timely and accurate.
2.   The position should participate in operational decision making process of whole supply chain areas such as operation planning, business process improvement, developing long term strategies and providing KPI status to realize best business practice and implement actions required using measurement methods to monitor progress.
3. The position should have maintain and develop the cross functional work process with the concept of Supply Chain Management knowledge and the complete understanding of K-C policy with various elements that will be required for the successful planning and execution of work streams - the process of integrating the Supply Chain.

The position reports to Director – Operations - ASEAN and also reported from supply chain planning team members.
Requirements:
Education:  
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or supply chain related field.  Good command in English, knowledge for SAP, APO system and Office skill is preferred.
Experience:
At least 10 years or more of supply chain, sales, marketing, business analysis and cost analysis experience with at least 5 years of experience on demand forecasting, production planning  or supply chain practices.
