The Role:
We have an opportunity with our Aged Care sales team, which would be a great next step in your career.  Reporting to the Business Development Manager, NSW you will promote, maintain and develop business within the North-west & Greater West.
To succeed you will use your outstanding communication and presentation skills to train and advice key influencers and purchasers within aged care facilities.  You will implement agreed plans and strategies to ensure both the Division's and State's profit and volume objectives are achieved.
Through the use of strategic negotiation and excellent customer service skills you will ensure Aged Care, Hospital, Community and non-clinical staff see you as their indispensable partner.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve agreed targets by generating sales from new and existing end purchasers to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Contact major end purchasers regularly to ensure maximum penetration of Kimberly-Clark's products.
  • Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of approved computer-based business tools.
  • Provide feedback on market intelligence, products, customers and new business opportunities to assist tactical and strategic marketing plans which support business strategies.
Skills & Experience:
  • Demonstrate your proven sales, account/territory management experience.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of the industry and its market's dynamics.
  • Nursing or health related qualifications.
  • Strong computer skills, ideally with experience using the CTM database.
  • Tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing and/or management.
