We are looking for an Executive Assistant for an Intermediate
level, to join our friendly and supportive team and to help support the
Senior Management on a 6 month parental leave contract.
The Sydney based role is responsible to the Talent leadership team
in Asia-Pacific and Oceania Talent team. The role primarily assists the
Asia-Pacific CBS talent leader, Asia-Pacific TAS Talent Leader and
Global Director of Workforce Administration with support to the Oceania
HR and D&I leaders.
Your experience in business communication will help you to build
effective relationships with important stakeholders and senior leaders.
You will have autonomy and clear responsibilities, working in our
friendly, collaborative environment. Your talents will be respected and
you will be supported in developing your career.
About you
In your role as an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Managing confidential information with professional discretion
- Extensive diary management
- Assistance with presentation, proposal and document preparation, correspondence
- Arranging international and interstate travel itineraries and bookings, including visas
- Expense and timesheet management
We are looking for people with the following experience:
- Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes skills
- Minimum of 3-4 years experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
- Strong communication skills including telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a professional services environment is highly regarded
- Flexible and proactive team player
