To support our team we currently looking for a Head of Client Management (m/f), Vienna.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Full managerial responsibility for securing and expanding a significant Business Volume in Austria
* Responsibility to manage and execute all activities to ensure legal and regulatory compliance for existing customers
* Work closely with all other LOB across American Express including Corporate Card, Consumer Card, Travel and Lifestyle, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Payment Consulting
* Responsible for alignment with World Service in supporting and servicing the existing merchant business (e.g. TSC, POS,..)
* Responsibility for the development and implementation of a strategy to exploit the business potential of existing Small & Medium-Sized (SME) merchants
* Leader of a team of 3 people (2 account managers and account support staff (PT))
* Direct report into the Head of GMS Austria and core member of the GMS Austria leadership team
Qualifications
* Excellent relationship management skills and a strong track record in managing complex (large and small) account portfolios
* Strong people management/leadership skills and the ability to effectively delegate and utilize resources
* Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and rapidly changing matrix environments
* Strong analytical abilities with experience of analyzing and interpreting complex data (including the corresponding skills in working with MS Excel)
* Proven experience in effectively managing multiple projects at the same time
* Hands-on attitude and mentality
