Part-Time Opportunity: 22.5 hours per week 
Wednesday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in meeting customer needs by offering the right products through the right channels to the right customer segments, thereby maximising value and business revenue. Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets and implementing distribution strategy, the team drives the delivery of market leading retail customer experiences. 

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Part time Premier Banking Officer in our Perth Branch. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Assisting with the management and development of a portfolio of Premier and diverse personal account relationships.

  • Assisting in identifying the client’s financial service needs and offering appropriate financial services and personal credit products.

  • Promoting the achievement of growth targets by ensuring all credit submission and documentation are appropriately completed. 

  • Proactively working with credit and operational support to ensure the smooth facilitation of referrals and loans.

  • Ensuring complaints are handled effectively and maintaining the complaints database.

  • Supporting and implementing process and procedure improvements. 

Qualifications: 

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

  • Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification/education

  • A minimum of 2 years customer service experience within a Financial Services environment with a proven track record of achieving cross-sales and referral targets.

  • A passion for delivering first-class customer service to a diverse client base.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork.

  • Well-developed analytical and problem solving ability.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines with flexibility and adaptability.
