To help us maintain our high level of customer focus and quality advice, we are currently looking for a Senior Financial Planner to join our Wealth Management group.
The role of the Senior Financial Planner is responsible for the provision of holistic, quality financial advice to customers of the Commonwealth Bank. The objective is to provide an advice service aimed at satisfying the needs of the customers whilst achieving revenue and retention targets of the business.
Our Planners have access to a wide variety of resources to help them achieve their targets and goals as well as an excellent support network to help with everything from administration to legal and technical issues.

- RG146 compliant in the following areas: Generic knowledge; Managed investments; Life insurance; Superannuation; Financial planning and skills
- Diploma/Degree in Financial Services (Financial Planning)/SIA equivalent qualifications*
- Business degree
- Proven performance in a financial planning role including
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective internal relationships with stakeholders
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Experience in evaluating ideas and strategies, plus demonstrating sound judgement based on data and logic
- Clear and audible oral communication skills
- Maintenance of a current non-restricted drivers license for the state or territory in which the person is to be based.
