The HCIT APAC Services Marketing Manager defines, implements, and maintains the HCIT Services marketing strategy for APAC enabling HCIT’s profitable growth and competiveness. He/she works closely with HCIT APAC Regional Product Marketing and Service Sales and Global HCIT & APAC Regional HCS Services Marketing teams.
(Singapore or Japan is preferred location for this role, however, it is flexible within Asia Pacific region.)

The HCIT APAC Services Marketing Manager develops and leads execution of the marketing plan for HCIT APAC Services plan based on customers’ current and future needs, HCIT APAC’s overall strategy, competitive analysis and trends in other IT verticals. He/she drives HCIT APAC Service to be a key differentiator versus GE’s competition.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:
- Understand customer needs and market opportunities to inform commercial strategy, as well as to provide input to short, mid and long term planning.
- Develop market segmentation and resultant target priorities, with associated business cases, leveraging articulated customer needs and competitive offers.
- Create robust, market-tested, value propositions for the identified focus segments.
- Design and implement new service offerings, including campaigns for HCIT’s installed base to maximize customer satisfaction and retention and increase both revenues and margins.
- Support service offer promotion via development of relevant collateral that enable commercial teams to effectively promote HCIT APAC Services-these may include on-line & offline tools, brochures, presentations, data sheets, sales training materials and competitive analyses.
- Build foundation for and contribute to determine pricing strategy for HCIT services for targeted market segments including indirect distribution. Reflect pricing strategy in quoting tool by managing quoting rules and parameters.
- Build and maintain communication platform for distribution of service marketing information.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with regional Service Sales & Downstream Marketing to capture regional input for making business decisions as well as to roll down strategy, to provide education on service offerings and on quoting tool.
- Work closely with HCIT product marketing to provide solution business offerings.
- Provide voice of the customer to HCIT management and product development to highlight customer needs and influence NPI (New product introduction) process regarding service specific features and serviceability of products.
- Collaborate with Performance Solutions Marketing to examine opportunities around combined HCIT service and consultancies offerings.
- Synchronize framework of HCIT Services Marketing with GE Healthcare Services Marketing to act in the market as One GE Healthcare.
- Represent HCIT with customers, institutions and professional associations.
- BA/BS or global equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the IT solution industry
- Strong leadership and change management skills
- Very strong financial, business, commercial and service acumen

- Proven ability to work effectively, lead and influence teams across functions, locations and cultures.

- Experience in change management
- Substantive Japan work experience, ideally in-country
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of working time
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- MS/MBA
- Experience in Solution Services Marketing
- Experience in Service Delivery and/or Service Sales
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- International experience
- Japanese language proficiency
