We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team and assist the Learning & Development team with coordinating and implementing Learning & Development events and activities across Ernst & Young.
As part of our learning & development team, you will develop your business capabilities faster as you contribute to our training, leadership development and performance management initiatives. You will be instrumental in supporting and developing our people, guided by senior leaders. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
About you
In your role as a Learning & Development Coordinator you will:
- Schedule Learning and Development programs, events and associated briefing, coaching or other sessions
- Coordinate all associated program logistics: briefings, calendar entries, monitoring pre-work completion, participant communications, distributing program materials etc.
- Field and respond to participant enquiries regarding Learning and Development programs
- Assist with the production of participant and Facilitator Guides and materials for programs
- Maintain Learner Administrator Systems
We are looking for people with the following experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
- The ability to manage work and programs according to budgets
- Effective oral and written communication
- An understanding of adult learning principles
