Head Nurse - ICU or Surgery

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years experience as a HEAD NURSE. Prior experience with commissioning new facilities. Experience with implementing JCI, prior responsibilities with assuring Medical Quality and /or developing internal medical policies. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Preferred specialization within ICU or Surgery. - An enthusiastic and pragmatic approach to adapting knowledge to new and different conditions. - An ambition to travel, share knowledge and get new experiences. - Knowledge of Russian would be ideal, but not a requirement.
