We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Australian marketing team in the role of Campaign Marketing Manager, Credit Cards.

This role will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager across all facets of Marketing, ensuring the delivery of quality marketing output within deadline, budget and targets. The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for initiating, planning, developing and implementing marketing campaigns including above-the line and below-the-line activity, specifically for Credit Cards.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and drive acquisition and portfolio marketing strategies for Credit Cards, leveraging consumer insights and research
  • Implementation and tracking of campaigns for acquisition, usage and retention to ensure effective delivery of quality output within budget, deadlines and target
  • Work closely with product partners to establish marketing direction and priorities
  • Implementation and management of the annual marketing plan for Credit Cards, including the planning and negotiation of marketing resources in adherence to the Marketing Plan
  • Accountability for cost control and maximum return on investment for marketing campaigns
  • Develop sound working relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent and clear communication and a consultative approach
  • Ensure adherence to Group marketing framework and processes when formulating marketing plans and prioritising initiatives

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field;
  • At least six years' experience in marketing, with extensive experience in Credit Card marketing
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills, with the ability to win the confidence of internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business strategy and justifications concisely and with conviction
  • Proven strength on ROI
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A pro-active and can-do attitude with the ability to champion ideas
