Role Summary/Purpose	Currently an opportunity exists for a Field Service Technician (IME EA Classification IE) to join our Rutherford Service team. This role will have workshop and client site based responsibilities for servicing, repairing, fault finding and resolving onsite customer issues in an autonomous manner. In this role you will ensure safety and quality standards are maintained on all jobs with a focus on costs, ensuring an on time delivery in full, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction.
Essential Responsibilities	-Servicing underground equipmemt -Repairing underground equipmemt -Fault finding -Resolving customer issues for in the field equipment
Qualifications/Requirements	• A Special Class Tradesperson certification (Cert IV) or equivalent • Capability to provide trade guidance and assistance as part of a team • Ability to provide training on Company products • Understanding and commitment to quality control techniques • Demonstrated ability and willingness to provide leadership in health and safety • Significant trade and industry experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Customer service focus • Willingness to travel and work underground essential.
