The successful candidate will be responsible for Aero package/new unit sales and market development activities and customer coverage in A & NZ.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding orders in support of the A & NZ sales plan.
• Represent the Aero sales leadership in A & NZ, working closely with the Regional Leader, and other sales resources to craft a successful cross business regional sales strategy.
• Develop new customers for cogeneration and power generation segment
• Create Product awareness for specific opportunities for Aero Fast Track program and working with Channel.
• Defines, scopes and communicates opportunity viability, timing and customer requirements.
• Owns budgetary proposal phase of opportunity development
• Responsible for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing Aero opportunities with key customers, developers and EPCs.
• Work with internal customers to gather information, & construct strategies to ensure orders success in the assigned region.
• Provide competitive market feedback to the businesses on any proposals, won or lost; perform basic market research
• Work with other key customer-facing personnel; including for Aero – sales support, product line leader and services leaders.
• Provides competitive in country win/loss data
• Technical/Engineering Degree from an accredited school
• Exhibits growth traits; externally focused, clear thinker, imagination and courage, inclusive leadership and expertise
• Exhibits strong leadership skills
• Extensive commercial experience in direct Sales or Commercial Operations
• Experience working in the Power/Gas transmission/Oil & Gas segment(s)
• Process focus, with proven success
• Ability to connect with people at remote sites and gain consensus with multiple stakeholders
• Effective communication across the organization supported by data analysis
• Ability to manage change in an evolving/fluid environment
• Position requires frequent travel throughout the identified region
• Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Commercial experience.
• Knowledge of Energy, IPP, Utility and oil and gas industries.
• Green Belt Certified
