A senior role within a new technology leadership team, this role will take full accountability for the development and implementation of security services, policies and procedures for Coles Financial Services. Requiring a strong but still technically competent leader, key tasks include ensuring governance, risk assessments and security support to projects. Key to this role, will be the ability to build, lead and mentor a high performing security team.
With significant experience as a Security Manager in technically complex security operations environment, you will be confident in your abilities to design and develop required security systems and policies. You will ensure security policy and standards are adhered to, review changes, perform audits, and conduct vulnerability assessments. The role requires a diverse technical background and understanding of multiple operating systems, databases and networking technologies. Experience with security standards ( ISO 27001 and PCI Data Security Standards) and possession of industry certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA) will be highly regarded.
As a leader in the security field, you have solid experience in promoting IT security best practise ensuring stakeholder engagement and adherence to policies and procedures is solid. Your ability to work across both technology and the business is evident, as is your ability to negotiate commercially effective outcomes with vendors.
