Support the Corporate IT Manager in the development and selection of HR and finance systems for this growing financial services business!

Reporting to the IT Manager for Corporate systems, this role requires solid experience and understanding of HR and Finance systems and processes.  Working closely with business stakeholders, you will undertake the development of business requirements, business process improvement, process mapping and design.  Utilising existing system knowledge, you will prepare business cases, feasibility briefs, and other pre-project documents.  You show an innate ability to adapt technical specifications and process to business requirements and enjoy developing complex process mapping solutions.

Alongside both technology and business teams, you will assist in the development of system requirements, data flow requirements and user interface requirements to the solution design.  You will lead initiatives and manage small projects (up to $250,000), adhering to corporate project management governance and methodologies.

Previous experience has ensured your knowledge of HR and finance systems is broad - preferably, you have had exposure to a number of enterprise applications available in this space in large complex environments.  You have exposure to both project and change management, and have a solid understanding of the application development lifecycle.  You enjoy analysis, research and reviewing new technologies!  Your communication style is approachable and adaptable.
