Background on the role: Our client, a successful property management firm on island, is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team! Our client is offering an attractive salary package for this position, which includes 4 weeks' vacation, health and life insurance, a pension plan, as well as other training assistance. About the position/ Key responsibilities: - Financial analyses of return on investments, cash on cash, trends and capital returns - Monitor, assess and report on the performance of assets - Assist with creating financial goals - Working with internal teams to assess and recommend strategies for the financial environment - Research and analysis on financial strategic planning and competitive projects Ideal Candidate: - 3-5 years' professional experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role within Property Management/ Real Estate - Experience with Excel and Argus - Bachelor's degree in the finance or accounting field. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills are critical in order to communicate with all staff and the team.
