This role has responsibility for shaping and leading the execution of our Advisory brand, marketing and communications strategy in Asia-Pacific, and leading the Performance Improvement (PI) buyer program globally. The role provides support to the Advisory Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) Lead in developing a strong BMC go-to-market strategy that supports the overall ambition of being No. 1 or 2 in market share in our chosen markets. The role will also work closely with both the Asia-Pacific Advisory Leader across the broader BMC agenda and the Global Performance Improvement Leader on developing the marketing strategy for our PI offerings.
 
As Asia-Pacific Advisory BMC Leader, the role will be accountable for working with the Advisory BMC team to ensure that the priorities and needs of our Asia-Pacific Advisory practice are addressed in our BMC strategy, and for executing our brand, marketing and communications plans in the Area. The role manages a network of BMC professionals supporting Advisory activities at the Regional level.
 
As Global PI Buyer Program Lead, the role will be a part of the Go-to-Market (GTM) buyer program team and be responsible for defining objectives, designing the strategy and developing a program plan that is differentiating in the marketplace and has a life of at least two years. The plan will drive integration across and within service lines/sub-service lines, sectors and Strategic Growth Markets (SGM). The role will need to establish and demonstrate EY’s value proposition to a range of buyers and align buyer programs with issues and sector programs to ensure synergies and make sure that the whole of EY is brought to market through an integrated strategy.
 
This leadership role requires an experienced and resilient team player with an excellent understanding of EY’s service offerings and the particular buyer. The role will be required to build strong relationships and collaborate closely with other leaders within the BMC team as well as relevant client-serving professionals.
 
About you
               
In your role as an Advisory Asia-Pacific BMC Leader and Global PI Buyer Program Lead some functions will include;
 
  • Manage relationships with key Advisory stakeholders across the BMC organization and within the business in the Area, establishing sponsors and subject matter resources for programs
  • Enable and deploy BMC programs in the Area, working with the business to find sponsors and champions
  • Give input from the Area perspective to firm wide program development
  • Build and run the network of marketing and communications people at the Regional level within Asia-Pacific
  • Work with the Advisory BMC Leader and the GTM Buyer Programs Leader to create world-class buyer program strategies that align with Advisory business priorities to achieve strong business results
  • Translate the GTM objectives and strategy for the buyer programs into a compelling plan for the PI buyer program  
  • Manage relationships with the key stakeholders of the buyer program and establish sponsors and subject matter resources for the program
  • Collaborate with the Service Line/SGM, Cross-service Line and Sector GTM program leads to drive synergies across GTM
  •  Executethe plan of the particular buyer program with a focus on delivering results and business outcomes that build brand, expand relationships and ultimately drive revenue with clients and prospects
  • Have budgetary and financial management responsibilities for the particular buyer program
  • Support methods for driving innovation and change across the organization
Experience Required;
 
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes and/or projects at a global level
  • Experienced in B2B marketing, with substantial experience in professional services  
  • Good understanding of the Advisory business, key buyers and influencers
  • Experience managing a diverse global team
  • High level of influencing and networking skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities and experience
  • Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships in BMC and beyond
  • Ability to challenge views/perspectives while securing buy-in within BMC and beyond
  • Experience managing complex global programs
