Your friends and colleagues describe you as friendly, outgoing and always eager to assist in any way you can.

What you’ll do

Joining a small team of awesome Analysts, you’ll be the go-to-guru for all IT related queries providing superior customer service to all Optiver employees. One minute you’ll be setting up new users or a new trading desktop and the next you’ll be completely repatching the Comms room or implementing new software to be used company wide.

Your skills
• Genuine passion for IT support and a true love of customer service
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
• A relevant tertiary qualification or certifications in IT
• 6 – 12 months desktop or service desk support preferred
