What you'll do

Reporting to CEO, you’ll be accountable for all IT-related activities across the Asia Pacific Region. You’ll be able to apply your experience managing large-scale projects and impart your knowledge of how to best refine and optimise an organisational structure. We’ll be looking to you for your leadership, vision and strategic capabilities, not to mention your awesome personality.

Your skills

You’re a motivational leader and exceptional communicator, who’s passionate about technology and possess the following skills, attributes and experience:

• 10+ years’ experience in a management role leading various IT teams, including both software and IT infrastructure
• A solid background in software engineering preferably in an agile environment
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects including change management and restructures
• Demonstrated ability to manage large IT budgets
• Knowledge and experience building innovative IT strategies and technical solutions
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performance IT teams through recruitment, coaching and mentoring
• Fun-loving, laid-back and sociable personality
