To fulfill our commitment to grow the Partner Alliance team in Australia & New Zealand, we are looking to recruit a Senior Alliance Manager to support our Global Alliance Partners.
GENERAL SUMMARY
Responsible for driving revenue through and with Global Alliance Partners in ANZ. EMC Alliances’ as a direct account and as a partner is of great strategic and economic value to EMC.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages large, complex and strategically valuable partners and prospects

  • Plans, organizes, leads and controls balanced sales growth, continued account penetration and

  • Partner satisfaction on a long-term multi-year focus.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge and practice of the Integrated Sales Cycle.

  • Provides senior leadership in the development of product knowledge, solution, sales and service strategies and competency development using the Integrated Sales Cycle.

  • Must maintain detailed knowledge of EMC software and hardware products, competitive products, partner’s vertical industry, and have in-depth understanding of the partner’s Go to Market strategy.

  • Ability to help partner make future application, product and solution decisions

  • Nurtures an extensive network of industry leaders, customers and prospects

  • Provides guidance and leadership in project management and strategic sales initiatives.

  • Typically provides a business focus for several sales Managers and Account Execs/Reps directly or indirectly

  • Ability to work as part of a direct and virtual team within APJ Alliances.
