Join Spartez team as a Senior Product Manager working together with Atlassian on further shaping JIRA - the world most famous issue tracker and swiss-knife for process and project management.
If you would like to:

• Plan and execute throughout the product life-cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Define the product vision, create the business case for product features and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Work across multiple streams of features to provide guidance and direction to assure the success of the product

What you will do:

• Design and execute a strategic roadmap for the product based on data collected from customers, partners and internal teams that achieves the business goals
• Well designed features that balance minimal viable feature definitions to meet the core customer requirements with creating passionate customers
• Driving new customer growth and existing customer loyalty through a combination of innovation and well planned enhancements
• Understand market problems and identify market opportunities
• Act as a Scrum Product Owner
• Work closely with engineering, design and support to define features
• Manage the backlog and incoming feature requests
• Communicate recommendations and decisions to the rest of the team
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the industry to ensure we build today what our customers want to use tomorrow
• Be social. Build relationships across product lines and functional groups to make sure we are all on the same page

What we expect from you:

• Experience: 3+ years of product management experience in a high growth software product organization with prior experience (ideally 5+ years) in software development and/or management
• More Experience: Driving a successful software product from scratch, or delivering multiple major software product releases
• Attention: To detail. We want you to care about the small things just as much as the big things
• Technical background: Experience in software development or software project management
• Charisma: You will need to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Decision Making: Ability to prioritise among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills (English is a must)
• Teamwork skills
• Organisational skills
• Statistical, analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• BA/BS Computer Science or related technical degree strongly preferred

Remuneration

• 13000 - 20000 PLN gross per month depending on the seniority and track record
