Due to growing responsibilities and the number of teams working on Atlassian JIRA, we are looking for an experienced manager with strong technical background who will help us further scale our development efforts, maintain the environment of a high pace, super transparency and continuous improvement whereas the engineering teams and their leaders grow.If you would like to:

What you will do:
- Coordinate multiple simultaneous streams of software development between geographically dispersed teams
- Be a leader who promotes, defines, customizes and deploys best agile practices and development process improvements
- Maintain hyper-transparent and hyper-visible relationship with our partners from Atlassian through lightweight metrics and continuous project status reporting
- Cooperate with all departments in order to achieve the best possible result - customer success
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, QA by validating the product roadmap, setting priorities and providing estimates
- Set objectives for people and hold them accountable
- Mentor and grow team leaders
What we expect from you:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Experience managing and training team leaders
- Experience leading software developers using current tools and following current practices
- Good knowledge of any modern development platform (preferably Java/JEE) for web applications
- Excellent project management skills
- Superior creative and innovative problem-solving skills
- Broad knowledge of several programming languages, open source, and related technologies
- Broad knowledge of software industry and technology
- Experience practising contemporary software development methodologies: agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
- Fluent English (cooperation at the international level)
- Minimum 8 years (12+ years preferred) of experience in software development with 3+ years in a leader/manager role

Remuneration
17000 - 25000 PLN gross per month
