We're looking for someone who understands that the traditional way of testing software is flawed. Someone who loves exploratory testing, collaborating closely with developers, actively pushes for improvements to processes, tools and testing approaches (or better yet, implements these themselves). In short, we're looking for someone who wants to dive deep into the code as well as help deliver great experiences that our customers love; someone who thinks helping the development team improve is a critical part of improving software quality.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out exploratory testing within an Agile development environment.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and support engineers to correctly identify, prioritise and resolve issues.
  • Develop test tools, and extend test frameworks and test environments.
  • Improve the quality of developer output via training, coaching and process changes.
  • Organise QA for projects and collaborate with other QA engineers as needed.
