Lead all aspects of revenue & loss performance analytics, of GE Capital A&NZ for the FP&A Leader, CFO and A&NZ Executives.
Drive improved business decisions by providing financial insight and thought leadership on revenue & loss performance of the business units and overall, proactively make recommendations on performance improvement, and identify opportunities to maximize shareholder returns.
Manage all aspects of revenue and loss analytics and associated reporting processes and prepare financial projections for key planning sessions.

• Monthly and quarterly analysis of revenue and losses with the businesses and their management in conjunction with the FP&A Leader and CFO
• Manage the production of monthly, quarterly management and related MIS reports and commentaries for the local consolidated business across GE Capital ANZ
• Develop and own effective measurements and metrics to measure performance vs. targets with respect to non-earnings, delinquency & losses
• Lead the revenue and losses analysis, core v one off performance, identification of Risks and Opportunities; and optimum loss levels
• Preparation of Business Summaries and presentation.
• Drive and facilitate Growth discussions by working with Business and product analysts
• Provides critical performance analysis of business results in support of plan assumptions.
• Design and preparation of monthly and quarterly Net Interest Margin (NIM) reporting, identifying core vs one off performance, identification of Risks and Opportunities; and benchmarking against competitors
• Working with Business FP&A teams to drive NIM reporting as a core business metric
• Provide analytic support to FP&A Leader, CFO and CEO in the preparation of presentations and reports
• Lead a ROI Program that focuses on measurement and ROI enhancement thinking across key stakeholders in all product lines.
• Influences the Business FP&A team to provide insightful analytics around business performance
• Support International HQ FP&A team with prompt and accurate responses to ad hoc data requests
• Build a strong team across A&NZ and develop network of peers to identify and implement best analytic practices.
Qualifications/Experience
• A degree in Finance or at least 5 years post graduate experience in accounting and/or financial planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA and/or Master’s degree desirable

Technical Knowledge
• Ability to think strategically & set clear direction for a team
• Strong business & commercial acumen, with specific market knowledge
• Problem solving – especially the ability to develop solutions to meet customer needs
• Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements within the GE environment (Op Plan, Growth Playbook etc)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially excel & powerpoint
• Strong ability to utilise all finance specific systems/tools
