Role Summary/Purpose

 Administration of CompuCourt, Mercantile and SharePoint systems
• Development and implementation CompuCourt changes in line with requirements of state jurisdictions
• Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop new requirements and/or enhance existing systems functions (CompuCourt, SharePoint)
• Execution of system reporting requirements


Essential Responsibilities     CompuCourt
• File feeds between Vision + and CompuCourt
• Court documents print run
• Reporting for Leaders and Finance
• XML file feeds
• CompuCourt troubleshooting
• Supporting the Litigation team with day to day process and system issues
• Liaising with internal and external parties and agents

Mercantile
• Mercantile Request Inbox (shared with Mercantile Analyst)
• Mercantile Level 2 Operator Access
• Produce Mercantile Admin Reports
• Un-posted transaction/updates report

SharePoint
• Site Administration for Hardship and CMT SharePoint sites (Bolt & Accord)
• Basic changes to site configuration and testing
Qualifications/Requirements     Qualifications (preferred, not mandatory)
• Degree held in Information Systems or Information Technology


Experience
• System development and maintenance
• Report creation and maintenance
• Process management and process improvement methodology
• Relationship Management
• Data analytics
