Role Summary/Purpose     Inspect and accurately record stock movements at dealer locations, collecting and ensuring timely payment for all amounts due and nurturing the professional image of the company at all times.
Conduct third party inspections as required.
Support and education of GE Finance products to existing dealers.
Support and implement relevant process enhancements
Essential Responsibilities     Meet with dealers, conduct floor inspections, compile floor check summaries, and collect all payments due.
Satisfy queries from dealers and collect financial and contractual data from dealers whilst at floor inspections.
Educate dealers in floor plan procedures and policy – ensuring that payments are made as required under the specific programs.
Be the ‘eyes and ears’ of the company in the field and report significant changes to the Branch.
Identify, collate, action and maintain all un-sights discovered at floor inspections - ensure that these are recorded in the Un-sight Log.
Other reasonable duties as directed, including;
• Collections
• Preparation of floor inspection schedules for the following month
• Epal training of dealers as required
Qualifications/Requirements     Current Driver’s Licence - required
Desired Characteristics     Experience
• At least 12 months experience in Finance and/or Car industry – preferred
• Solid business knowledge and experience well considered
• Previous Sales and/or Customer Service experience - ideal

Technical Knowledge
• Average/Strong: Microsoft Office skill-sets – eg; Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook
