Oversee the entire Alcon Customer Service team operations to ensure the highest service levels are achieved through an ongoing improvement to the use of resources to support both internal and external customers. The Customer Service Manager works closely with the other members of the Operations department and with Sales and Marketing personnel and encompasses tracking and analysing service levels, building knowledge and understanding products and policies. This is a leadership role providing direction and coaching the entire Customer Service team.
• Three years management experience with minimum five years’ experience is a customer service environment
• Accurate and quick data processing skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in a sometimes challenging and fast paced environment
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage a challenging workload
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit a high level quality service orientation. This includes the ability to explain complex matters in an appropriate, clear and concise manner.
• Proven accuracy and precision and the ability to priorities tasks to meet strict deadlines.                                                                                            Apply
