Your team

The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank - in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online.  Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.  We offer market-leading products and services, supported by world class technology.

Your impact

You will take inbound calls from new and existing customers and offer them a lending solution. You will spend time speaking with customers, asking questions and learning about their specific situation in order to identify their financial situation.  You will place a high importance on supporting their individual needs, adding value to their experience and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service. This will involve cross-selling and up-selling additional CBA products to ensure that our customers have access to the best deals in the market.

What will help you succeed?

You have a genuine interest in becoming a Lender, are motivated by hitting and exceeding targets and enjoy working cohesively with a high performing and driven team. You have had previous experience working within a sales role cross selling and up-selling to customers and are confident in guiding customers to a solution that proves to be beneficial for them.

Hours and Location:

    Location is 240 Queen St, Brisbane CBD
   
    Mandatory Training: 4 weeks training Monday to Friday 11.15 - 8pm
    Permanent Shift: Monday - Friday 11.15 -8pm
