About the role
In this newly created role you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient resolution of Motor Claims in line with CommInsure policy and procedure in a timely manner.

As the ideal candidate it is essential you have knowledge of motor vehicle assessing and loss adjusting principles. In addition, you will have sound knowledge of modern motor vehicle construction and repair techniques coupled with Trade Qualification within the Motor Vehicle Repair industry (Panel Beater or Spray Painter).

About the role

You will add value by:
- Undertaking assessments on damaged vehicles using a range of assessing techniques, including mid repair and post repair inspections aligned to our assessing business rules and assessment criteria.
- Providing effective and efficient claims and assessing management with settlement services, through direct customer contact and the appropriate management of designated third party vendors and service providers.
- Having input and assisting with relevant related areas with the investigation of finalisation of complex or investigated claims, as appropriate and directed by the relevant claims manager.
