Medical Manager position

Global Pharma - Medical Manager - Oncology - $130 -$170K +
(MSLs welcome to apply) to joinan expanding Global Pharma company based in Sydney Australia. Salary - $110 - $150K plus $21K car allowance, bonus and super. This role would suit either an experienced Medical Science Liaison or a Medical Manager PhD Oncology candidate who is wants to join the Pharmaceutical industry as further training will be given. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding Pharmaceutical company as a Medical Science Liaison or Medical Manager in a brand new role for the company. This company has large number of established Oncology products with a network of KOLs, however they have new indications and good futurepipelinewhich requires this MSL/ Medical Manager to be involved in. This global pharma company have a proud reputation for researching, developing, manufacturing and marketing products in Oncology. They have been steadily expanding their Australian affiliate and are now looking to create a new role within the local business. This role can offer career minded professionals who want to work on high visibility products the opportunity to do so. The company will be launching a number of products in this space, this year and so are looking to have the support of the Medical Science Liaison to initiate and cultivate strong relationships with healthcare and medical professionals to build advocacy. This will happen right from early phase project development through post launch. This will be achieved through support and education of the scientific community and KOLs. The role has a strong scientific and medical component This role requires a strong medical/scientific knowledge as you will be required to operate on a peer to peer level with KOLs in the industry. Alongside the technical knowledge you will also need to demonstrate a track record and ability in building relationships, engaging and influencing. Strong communication skills - written and verbal are a given. We are looking for motivated, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals.
