We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Support team. As part of our transaction support team, you'll manage complex deals working directly with senior management of both buyers and sellers. Executing transactions across a wider range of clients, you'll build a strong reputation. Your successful track record will range from global organisations to fast-growing companies and private equity firms. About you

 

In your role as a Senior Manager you'll:

• Help clients achieve their strategic goals, working directly with senior management teams for both buyers and sellers
• Work with some of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market
• Lead project teams as they assist a diverse client base with due diligence engagements related to transactions involving private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers
• Analyse the results of companies by reviewing historical and forecast financial information, and understand through discussion with management the key drivers of performance of the business

We're looking for people with the following experience:

• 7 to 10 years transaction support experience gained in a corporate or professional services environment
• Proven leadership skills to enable effective team management and coaching
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail 
• A relevant accounting or finance degree along with CA or CFA qualification
