ANZ's Small Business Banking area is a highly successful and dynamic business providing a full range of banking solutions to customers throughout Australia . We are one of the fastest growing areas within ANZ and seek a Senior Agri Small Business specialist to join our successful team based in Young, NSW 

The Small Business Specialist will generate new small business clients, foster business relationships and identify cross sell opportunities through developing a strong local referral network. An essential element to your success is the ability to develop strong internal alliances within the branch network. You share product knowledge and coach colleagues to better identify potential new small business opportunities. 

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications: 

• Personal banking experience with great exposure on lending 
• Extensive sales background in a client facing role 
• Business banking exposure highly regarded 
• Proven experience in customer management skills and relationship management skills 
• Understanding of small business and investment markets 
• Strong financial analysis and interpretation skills 
• Thorough knowledge of credit policies and standards
