• Provide financial and analytical support to the Financial Planning & Reporting Leader and Finance Leadership team.
• Play a key role in the co-ordination and review of the monthly and quarterly performance reviews.
• Actively participate in co-ordination and review of the BP1-4 planning for GE Capital A&NZ. Participate in business and operational reviews as required.
Volume Reporting
• Weekly management of the volume reporting to International HQ / CFO / CEO
o Produce the quarterly templates to issue to business at the start of each quarter
o Consolidate business responses weekly and prepare the weekly volume submission to International HQ
o Track and maintain key wins and losses
• Manage the monthly volume submissions to International HQ, generating rolling forecast and proactively highlighting R&O’s to plan
• Provide analytic support to the FP&A team and CFO in response to any queries on volume
• Provide International FP&A with prompt and accurate responses to ad hoc data requests
• Constantly looking for ways to simplify the process, and reduce rework
• Work with the Hyperion team to help develop an automated process to track the volume both weekly and monthly
• Support the quarter end reporting process

OPEX Reporting
• Monthly and quarterly analysis of opex lines with FP&A teams in conjunction with the Financial Planning & Reporting Leader
o Produce monthly, quarterly management and related MIS reports and commentaries for the local consolidated business and International views
• Assist in the preparation and reporting of planning cycles
• Consolidation, review analysis, & reporting to International HQ, ensuring the reporting cycles are on time and accurate.
• Provide opex analytic support to the FP&A team in the preparation of presentations and reports
• Provide International FP&A with prompt and accurate responses to ad hoc data requests

Risk Metrics
• Creation of the Asset Quality Metrics (AQM), and Delinquency (DQ) to support the weekly NI process
• Submission of AQM and DQ data to International HQ at quarter end and during planning cycles
• Provide International FP&A with prompt and accurate responses to ad hoc data requests

Planning support
• Assist in the preparation and reporting during planning cycles
o Develop tracking files for each planning session to support the management of the process
o Develop management reporting pack to suit the changing needs of business drivers
o Create templates to gather key business drivers
• Support the Financial Planning & Reporting Leader with the preparation of the planning instructions
• Design and preparation of planning submissions to International HQ

International HQ submissions
• Design and preparation of quarterly submissions to International HQ
• Support International HQ with integration and ongoing enhancements to the submission process
• Support the Financial Planning & Reporting Leader with the preparation of the quarterly pitch to International HQ, and reporting to CFO
• Actively participate in Fed related changes that could impact the Capital business reporting requirements

ENI Reporting
• Monthly and quarterly analysis of ENI data with FP&A teams in conjunction with the Financial Planning & Reporting Leader
o Produce monthly, quarterly management and related MIS reports and commentaries for the local consolidated business and International views.
• Provide analytic support to the FP&A team in the preparation of presentations and reports
• Provide International FP&A with prompt and accurate responses to ad hoc data requests

Net Interest Margin (NIM) Reporting
• Design and preparation of the quarterly NIM submission to International HQ
• Support the Financial Planning & Reporting Leader with the preparation and communication of NIM requirements to FP&A
• Support Financial Planning & Reporting Leader and Hyperion team to develop an automated NIM solution

Ad Hoc requests
• A portion of the role is fluid and the candidate is required to be flexible with their approach to work, this could include but not restricted to:
o Data extracts and analysis
o One off excel reports
o Development of pitch pages for
o Managing hierarchy changes
o Manage queries from International HQ, FP&A and Controllership
Qualifications/Experience
• A degree in Finance or at least 5 years post graduate experience in accounting and/or financial planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• CPA and/or Master’s degree desirable

Technical Knowledge
• Ability to think strategically & set clear direction
• Strong business & commercial acumen, with specific market knowledge
• Problem solving – especially the ability to develop solutions to meet customer needs
• Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements within the GE environment
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills – especially excel & powerpoint
