The Commercial Coordinator is primarily responsible for order management from receipt to invoice and collection. The Commercial Coordinator for OTR provides a focal point for orders by liaising with key stakeholders to ensure timely and cost efficient job progression and closing.
• Execute on all orders which have been converted from quotes / tenders submitted and existing contracts
• Track and execute orders ensuring tracking of on time delivery and recording associated metrics in line with KPI’s
• Assist to track and monitor CM- quote vs execution
• Report in a timely and accurate manner all order bookings alongside projected quarterly revenue.

• Take responsibility and work with cross functional teams (planners, sourcing, engineers, manufacturing, test and assembly) and ensuring they are able to meet the obligations of the contract (OTD)

• Be accountable for negotiating the change orders during execution of the contracts

• Instigate and chair OTR progress meetings, and create and disburse actions minutes

• Drive profitability of projects with specific cost-out actions by interacting closely with fulfillment, engineering and sourcing representatives

• Compile detailed post-job cost analysis to parallel quotations and provide accurate costing for future projects

This is a role that requires a versatile, highly motivated and organized person to complete tasks in a busy team environment. The successful applicant will be able to work with different departments as well as autonomously to achieve objectives accurately and within timeframes allocated.
1. Minimum 2 yrs experience in commercial or projects
2. High level of organization and attention to detail
3. Proficiency in excel and word
1. Involvement in the Oil & Gas Industry or similar
2. Knowledge of Oracle ERP an advantage
