About The Opportunity

As on of our performance improvement advisors, you will help Finance teams in leading finance and insurance organisations work with their businesses to tackle their moost pressing issues

About You

In your role as a Manager in FSO you will:

  • Execute finance function transformations in Banking, Insurance and Captal Markets
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams providing insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver improvements
  • As part of a global network of finance advisory professionals, you will deepen your subject matter expertise
We are looking for Finance Performance Improvement Professionals with the following experience:

  • Finance function transformation in Banking, Insurance and/or Capital Markets
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of an Insurance business and finance architecture 
  • Previous consulting experience gained in a Tier1/2 consulting environment within the Financial Services industry
  • In depth knowledge of the Financial Services sector and significant strategy and business improvement experience 
  • Performance management/measurement - customer and product profitability, cost management processes & systems, planning & budgeting optmisation , Treasury management, outsource partner agreements
  • Strong influencing and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing teams of people on project work
  • Management experience
