Job Profile: You will be responsible for managing the guest experience as well as developing new ideas and promotions to drive customer acquisition and increase customer visits and average spend. You will develop and implement appropriate local area Finance and marketing plans across multiple venues, and be responsible for defining the customer experience strategy working closely with other Business Units. Multiple deadlines and conflicting demands require detailed planning and a high level of organizational skills. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified in either CPA, Finance or Business related discipline, with high level communication and presentation skills. With at least 1 to 3 years experience in a marketing role, you will be a creative and entrepreneurial thinker and have the ability to lead and innovate along with a creative flair. With strong interpersonal skills, you will have staff management experience. Your excellent interpersonal and management skills, an ability to relate to all levels of Management up to Managing Director level and high level written and verbal communication skills will enable you to negotiate the best outcome for the business. Successful candidates will have proven Great Thought leadership skills, Time Management, Strategic Human Resources, Team Building Skills, should be highly motivated, highly energized, powerful, full of fresh new ideas and Innovations. You will be contacting the key decision making Authorities from the following industry verticals: Technology, BPO, FMCG, Engineering, Electronics and Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, IT, Insurance, Hospitality, Financial Services, Retail, Banking, large construction, maintenance and industrial projects related to petrochemical, Oil & gas, power plants, heavy industry and infrastructure (including building) projects, establishments, hotels, hospitals, banks and trading companies.
