Job Summary

We are looking for Client Service coordinators to support Apple’s development of the mobile advertising and digital radio. iAd Client Service coordinators are responsible for building, maintaing and growing client relationships in collaboration with, and in support of, Account Executive teams in business development. From a pre, during and post perspective, the Client Services team manages all facets of the client relationship and the business investments made with Apple’s advertising business. We are looking for a strategic, detailed, process oriented individual with previous client management experience.

Key Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years previous account management work experience with a minimum of 3 years at an agency, publisher or portal
  • Desire and passion to help advance the mobile advertising business
  • Exceptional organisational & prioritisation skills with a commitment to detail and ability to multi-task
  • An aptitude for client service and representation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong presentation skills

Description

- Collaborate with Account Executives to build solution-oriented, client specific presentations and proposals that meet objectives - Review incoming RFP request with Account team to determine strategy and formulate media plan - Utilise internal tools and research to put together meeting preparation, presentations (for business enhancement and quarterly business reviews) and proposal materials (including origination of media plans) - Work with cross functional support teams (Operations, Creative Development, Research, Finance) to set up, launch, manage and optimise Apple campaigns; as well as analyse them - Manage and track proposals and meetings for assigned territory with the ability to efficiently manage competing priorities - Work with Account Executives to manage client pipeline - Track all aspects of the brand including, but not limited to, product releases, ongoing market analysis of competitors, emerging trends - Build, maintain and grow advertising client and agency relationships. Ensures client relations are positive - Troubleshoot any issues that arise in a timely manner and react in a solution oriented fashion - Analyse and deliver campaign metrics to clients in complete wrap-reports and other post-campaign deliverables - Strong communication, analytic, organisational and interpersonal skills, as this is an external facing role

Education

Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
