In the position you will be providing relief for all RBS staff positions including Customer Service Manager, Agency Officer, Area Support Team and Customer Service. To facilitate group and one-on-one training and maintain Five Star Service Standards and promote its merits to other staff/customers through demonstrated behaviours of high quality and pro-active personal service.
