TheAccount Manageris responsible for the engagement and relationship management of a segment of internal marketing clients and a range of other stakeholders, and accountable for the execution and delivery of marketing communications projects and campaigns. This roleacts as a funnel for client print and other communications production and graphic design requirements to other teams within the Graphic Design, Production & Supply Team including graphic design, production services and external partners as appropriate. In addition, the Account Manager must contribute towards implementing best-practice procurement solutions and to realising team sales and savings targets.

Your role will include:
  • Effective project and relationship management of a client segment, accountable for executing communications projects & campaigns. First point of contact for disputes/issues resolution for customers.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the clients business and taking a proactive approach to offering strategic solutions
  • Assist in the development and then execute pro-active systems for customer reporting, continual improvement and formal review processes.
  • Work alongside the Production Services & Graphic Design teams to deliver demand management initiatives to clients, with input from key stakeholder groups.
  • Liaison with communications product and service suppliers.
  • Participate in departmental and cross functional improvement projects.
  • Assist customers in the use of the Bank's systems.
  • Work with Print, Design and Communications Category Managers to share customer insights and contribute to demand management and category strategies.
