Reporting to the Head of Legal for Global Sourcing, this role will suit a senior lawyer who has experience in outsourcing, procurement and general business services, people services and professional consulting agreements, global and regional master services agreements with related privacy and data compliance, IT, business operations, and general commercial and supply chain contracts.

Successful Applicants must have the following Skills and Experience:

• Admitted to practice as a lawyer in Victoria
• At least 6 years' plus post admission experience in outsourcing and general commercial contracts.
• Strong commercial and operations contracts knowledge coupled with demonstrated experience with regional supply chain arrangements in a regulated services environment is essential.
• Confident and enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills and an ability to build relationships across the business.
