The Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Planner in our relationship managed channel, you will work with a team of likeminded referrers to provide our customers with holistic, lifestyle based advice. You will be provided with outstanding support from leading client and market intelligence as well as the resources of a centralised para planning team, thereby allowing you to provide tailored quality advice to ourPremier Banking clients.

You will be passionate about engaging and collaborating with HNW clients to understand their needs andoffer help and advice that will support them in achieving their strategic goals and financial objectives.

This is a key role in our advice business, offering strong referrals and a tremendous opportunity for future development and career progression.

You will:
  • Develop referral networks to generate quality leads
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects
  • Conduct professional client interviews and develop strong relationships
  • Provide holistic, lifestyle based financial planning advice
  • Ensure client requests and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner

Your Skills:
  • Excellent technical knowledge in financial planning
  • Strong understanding of risk, investment, retirement planning and SMSFs
  • Proven experience as a Financial Planner
  • Advanced negotiating skills at High Net Worth level
  • Superior personal presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving strong commercial outcomes
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Ideally previous exposure to providing advice within the HNW space
  • CFP qualified (or near) with relevant tertiary qualification - preferred not essential
