We are looking for an Asia-Pacific Data and Reporting Manager to work in a new global team established within EY Business Enablement Shared Services that is organized under common leadership and a new operating model. Responsible for HR processes, transactions and technology across our global organization, HR Services mission is to deliver world class processes enabled by globally consistent technology. People Reporting and Analytics is a key sub function that delivers reporting and analytics services to Talent teams globally.
Reporting to the Director, Global People Data and Reporting, the Data and Reporting Manager will be very closely aligned to the global Talent team and the successful candidate will become a key member of the People Data and Reporting leadership team.
About you
In your role as Asia-Pacific Data and Reporting Manager you will:
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in the production and management of report requests at management, analytical and transactional levels to support and enhance the way decision making takes place in the People Executive Team and across EY
- Work closely with clients including Service Line Leaders and Global People Leaders to understand reporting requirements, and lead and facilitate discussions within work streams at Global and Area levels.
We are looking for people with the following experience:
- Significant operational experience with HR processes, recruiting, learning, performance management and people data.
- Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of process and data usage.
- Exposure to data analysis, data interpretation and advising senior leaders of results.
- Experience creating standard metrics and key performance indicators.
- Knowledge of HR data privacy laws, information security and quality principles.
- Strong relationship and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures.
- Excellent teaming skills required to work in a virtual work environment. A self-starter, self-motivated and able to work with specific but minimal direction.
- Business Objects, Microsoft Excel, MS SharePoint. Power BI, Oracle SQL and technical knowledge for report production.
- An overall understanding of people data with process knowledge related to PeopleSoft and/or Taleo (performance or recruiting) is required. Experience in management and operation of large scale reporting including supporting multiple countries, is also necessary. Extensive experience in Business Objects, MS SharePoint. Power BI is required.
- Ability to build strong working relationships across diverse client needs, including senior leadership.
- Multi-language skills advantageous.
- SSRS or SharePoint knowledge is also preferred. Training will be provided as the firm transitions to a new reporting platform standard (Microsoft). Both system and process knowledge is preferred.
